USAF lakukan Elephant Walk di Yokota Air Force Base

AIRSPACE REVIEW (airspace-review.com) – Angkatan Udara Amerika Serikat (USAF) melaksanakan aksi ‘elephant walk’ melibatkan 17 pesawat di Yokota Air Force Base, Jepang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam latihan bertajuk ‘Samurai Surge’ pada 21 Mei 2020.

Ketujuh belas pesawat yang dikerahkan untuk elephant walk adalah 9 C-130J Super Hercules, 2 CV-22 Osprey, 3 C-12 Huron, dan 3 helikopter UH-1N Iroquois.

Pesawat-pesawat ini berasal dari 36th Air Transport Squadron, 459th Air Transport Squadron, dan 21st USAF Special Operations Squadron.

Untuk CV-22 berasal dari 353rd Special Operation Group yang disertakan ke Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC).
